Beach Boudoir

The summer is certainly in full swing and this week is probably the hottest one we've had yet. I figured it was about time to share my beach boudoir post. This was a last-minute shoot that was planned after I was given access to a private beach to use for the photos. I had planned on doing it again this year but the with the levels in Lake Michigan so high, the beach we used last year is under 10 feet of water!

But that doesn't take away from the awesomeness that was this sunset beach shoot. I had five awesome ladies (three of whom were last year's fabulous ELITE members) sign up and meet me out in West Olive to frolic in the FREEZING cold water of West Michigan's own ocean. They were troopers despite the temps and we all agreed that it was well worth it since these shots turned out just amazing. How fabulous are these? Seriously!

So with that, if anyone knows of a private beach we could use, I would love to make this an annual thing ;)
